Oracle Order Management - How to Override List Price on Sales Order

There May be a Situation Where the List Price Defaulted From Price List has to be Modified online .
For Such Requirements, without any Modifiers Below is the setup Listed.

Profile Option:

OM: Discounting Privileges

This Profile Option Should be Set to "Unlimited"

Then Enforce List Price Check Box in Transaction Type should be Set to "No"

By This Setup We Can Override the List Price in Sales Order Line Without any Modifiers.
